Prayer in Hand
Terms of Use
Plain terms for reading this website and using its free public guide service.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the Prayer in Hand website and its free public, read-only MCP service, both published by Opsibyte. The iOS app is licensed separately under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which applies only to the app.
What the public MCP service does
The service lets a compatible client discover and read published Prayer in Hand guides and return a fixed three-pause daily reflection. It has no accounts, accepts no user submissions, and takes no payments.
Acceptable use
Use the service for public, read-only access at a reasonable pace. Do not send disruptive volumes of requests, attempt to bypass access controls or limits, or probe the service for anything beyond the public guides and reflection it offers.
Sharing guide excerpts
When you share an excerpt of a guide, attribute Prayer in Hand and link to the guide. Guides cite third-party sources; these terms do not grant any rights in that cited material, which remains subject to its own owners’ terms.
Spiritual scope
Guides and reflections are informational and devotional. They are not Church authority, pastoral direction, or medical, mental-health or other professional advice. For pastoral questions, speak with a priest or qualified pastoral adviser.
Availability and changes
The website and MCP service are provided as available. We may change, limit or stop them, and update these terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
Privacy and contact
See the Privacy page for how data is handled. Questions about these terms: hello@opsibyte.com.
