Restore a purchase

Use the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Open Personal Rule in the app and choose Restore Purchases. An internet connection is required while Apple checks the purchase.

Cancel an annual subscription

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Prayer in Hand and cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. A lifetime purchase does not renew.

For a refund request, use Apple’s purchase support.

Offline use and device changes

Prayer history, schedules and notes are stored locally, without app-operated cloud sync. Preserve anything you need before removing the app; there is no in-app export tool. Apple’s device backup may include local data when enabled.
